Co-founder & Creative Producer (2021-2024)

As Co-founder and Creative Producer of On Cue Performance Hub, I helped establish and grow an organization dedicated to supporting Saskatchewan's independent performing arts community. My responsibilities included artistic programming, organizational development, strategic planning, producing, financial management, grant writing, partnership development, artist services, marketing, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

During my tenure, I helped grow the organization's annual operating budget from approximately $27,000 to $490,000, significantly expanding the resources, opportunities, and support available to independent artists. I led the development of new programs, strengthened community partnerships, and built organizational infrastructure that enabled artists to create, produce, and present work throughout the province.

Over my tenure I spearheaded:

  • the premiere productions of 17 new works

  • 16 workshops of new work in development

  • 2 seasons of Why Not Theatre’s The RISER Project mentorship and developmental program

  • 36 public events

  • 8 festivals

  • 2 symposiums

  • 2 public workshop series

  • 21 paid internships
